Congratulations to Addison Fidler, Spoon River Valley's October Amos Abbadusky Award Student. Addison is the daughter of Jake and Laura. She is involved in student council, SWAT, FFA, Science Club, National Honor Society, and Yearbook. Addison is the current FFA Chapter President and District FFA Reporter. She is serving as the Student Council President and SWAT Leader this year. Addison is on the High Honor Roll and has received her State FFA Degree. Addison plans to major in Ag Business. Great Job Addison!

Title night on October 17th was a huge success filled with supper, books and reading as well as fun crafts and activities. Thank you to all that shared the evening with us. If you missed it, we hope to see you at the next one.

The class of 2026 is hosting a bingo fundraiser to help raise money for prom this year. Please come join us for a chance to win gift cards on the night of Nov. 8. More details in the flyer.
The book fair starts tomorrow. Students can visit the fair Tuesday through Friday. The fair is also open during title night Thursday from 5-6. Students can use ewallet or bring cash.
Help for our kids as the cold weather comes in.
